These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching and consultancy services by Krisztina Juhász (trading as Good Vibes Coaching).
Services
Services are provided as described in the price list. A coaching programme begins upon written agreement and receipt of payment where applicable.
Sessions
Sessions are conducted online (video call) or in-person in Budapest.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Payment
Payments are due in Hungarian Forint (HUF) as stated in the price list. Payment details are provided upon booking.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Krisztina Juhász adheres to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
