
Nowadays over the course of a career, one changes not only jobs but paths — or at least people have to shape their own track in that sense. It is not always coming from inner appetite, but rather accommodation to the environmental changes around us. Boomers tended to have worked 40 years at the same workplace with the same colleagues, with its pros and cons — it was in that sense a stable and accountable way of living. Our world’s constant change and extremely fast-paced dynamism have reshaped the world of work. Finding one’s track may come as a challenge together with the ability to “rebirth” cycle after cycle.
